Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation and portioning of food to meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
- Client focus, flexibility, and team player skills are essential.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding work setting. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
