We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 12163756 Canada Inc.

Job Summary

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise Staff: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef and maintain open communication with the culinary team.
