The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the organization's operations and finance, including development, communications, partnerships, and planning/programming of year-round activities. Key responsibilities include grant writing and reporting, program development and implementation, and managing a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree, administrative training, and substantial management experience in the not-for-profit sector. Knowledge of visual art practices and Nova Scotia's visual arts community is an asset. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
