Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Damara Day Spa.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant areas of the spa.
  • Provide essential information to clients and the public.
  • Collect and process client data for exceptional customer service.
  • Record and relay vital information.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with precision.
  • Manage transactions and issue payments efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and forward messages effectively.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in every interaction.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.

  • Will undergo training to develop necessary skills.

  • Avoid age discrimination in hiring policies.
  • Offer phased retirement options with flexible work arrangements.
  • Develop resources to assist mature workers with retirement planning.
Visible Minorities Support
  • Develop hiring policies discouraging discrimination against visible minorities.
  • Offer mentorship programs pairing visible minorities with experienced employees.
