Position Overview:
We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the philanthropic landscape of the Wood Buffalo region. This position offers a unique opportunity to create lasting positive change by working closely with donors, community organizations, and regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement our strategic plan
- Build and maintain effective relationships with board members, donors, and community stakeholders
- Lead fund development activities to grow our impact
- Oversee the grant-making process to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Manage day-to-day operations, including financial management and human resources
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leadership experience in non-profit management, philanthropy, or related fields. They will have demonstrated success in fund development and donor relations, strong financial management capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
