The Store Director role at KIKO Milano is a crucial position responsible for driving customer experience, sales, and business goals for the store. As our ambassador, you will lead and coach staff to deliver an engaging customer experience and meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Create a high-performance work environment, motivate staff, and minimize turnover.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and support staff to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.
- Manage store planning and annual leave in line with business needs.
- Train staff on products, make-up application techniques, and selling techniques to deliver the KIKO customer experience.
- Ensure direct reports receive regular reviews and appraisals aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain Business KPIs in line with set goals and develop action plans for the store.
- Deliver business goals as defined with the Area Manager, focusing on customer experience, sales, and operational efficiency.
- Prioritize actions for maximum impact on business goals and create a quarterly action plan for the store.
- Complete all required training elements, quizzes, and dossiers through BeKIKO.
- Continuously monitor Business KPIs (LFL progression, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, Stock-loss).
- Ensure stores adhere to all KIKO standards and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with store procedures outlined in the KIKO STORE BOOK.
- Execute promotional calendars effectively.
- Guarantee adherence to operational procedures and ensure the store is compliant.
- Regularly review procedures and address any issues in compliance with Corporate policies.
