The SPORT Gallery is a unique retail space that combines sports memorabilia, apparel, and artwork. As a Keyholder, you'll be part of a small team that's passionate about preserving the history and art of sports.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Keyholder. In this role, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the gallery, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the gallery, ensuring everything is tidy and set in place
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and helping customers find the perfect item or artwork
  • Receive new products, add them to the inventory system, and prepare them for sale
  • Work on merchandise displays, using your knowledge of sports to create engaging and timely displays
  • Assist with online orders, preparing them for shipment and ensuring timely delivery
  • Work as a barista, training on the art of making the perfect espresso and serving coffee and drinks responsibly

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a retail store or similar
  • Strong visual merchandising skills, with a focus on creating engaging displays
  • Sports knowledge preferred, but not required
  • Hard-working, punctual, creative, and goal-oriented
  • Must be Smart Serve certified within 2 weeks of start date
