Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Manage the overall store environment, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by ensuring prompt and courteous service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing customer feedback.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including displays, signage, and store fixtures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced supermarket environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
