Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team at Verve Senior Living. As an RPN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Accountability Objective:As an RPN, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct resident care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
- Supervising and guiding care staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of grade 12 education and a recognized nursing license (RPN licensing) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Current certifications in Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED.
- Previous experience working as an RPN in a healthcare setting is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- A positive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional care and service.
As an RPN at Verve Senior Living, you will be responsible for:
