We're seeking a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As a trusted advisor, you'll own and support client relationships, understanding their business needs to provide effective insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage
- Cultivate client relationships by providing consistently exceptional client experience from sales to service
- Manage policy renewals, policy changes and cancellations
- Work closely with our industry partners to deliver the best insurance solutions for our clients
- Always uphold a client-first focus through the claims process
Requirements:
- Sincere and personable, with strong verbal communications skills
- Building authentic relationships comes naturally
- Master time manager, able to multi-task and demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
- Ready to pivot and adapt to changing priorities
- Bonus 3 years of Commercial experience with Level 2 license, CAIB, CRM or CIP designation insurance
