The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team at DGA Careers. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for working closely with our Sales Executives to develop and implement strategies for growing our commercial insurance business.

Your main responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, handling renewals, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for growing our commercial insurance business
  • Manage customer relationships and handle renewals
  • Provide exceptional service to clients
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Commit to ongoing learning and professional development
Requirements
  • Level 2 General Insurance Licence
  • Commitment to ongoing learning such as CAIB or CIP
  • 4-7 years commercial insurance experience
  • 3-4 years experience working in customer service and a team environment
  • Familiarity with Agency Manager, Microsoft Office, or Compu Quote is an asset
