Job Title: Accounting Firm Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Firm Manager to join our team at Auxilium Professional Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Firm Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting firm, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise project teams on financial matters and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Assign projects to team members and coordinate their work to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve financial performance and efficiency.
  • Direct the operations of our accounting firm, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Evaluate the operations of our accounting firm and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize the operations of our accounting firm to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide expertise in response to clients' needs and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Review projects and programs to ensure that they are aligned with our business objectives.
  • Sort technical problems and provide solutions to help employees with established procedures.
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of our accounting firm.
  • Provide customer service and ensure that all clients are satisfied with our services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our accounting firm and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounting and financial services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Initiative and ability to take ownership of projects and tasks.
