Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Security Engineering and Architecture Team: Ensure technical excellence in all aspects of security systems and infrastructure.
- Architect and Design Advanced Security Strategies: Protect digital assets, including intellectual property, company data, and customer information.
- Responsible for Security Configuration: Microsoft Defender suite of products, zScaler, and other security tools.
- Lead Multi-Year Data Loss Prevention Initiatives: Technology and program level deliverables.
- Oversee Technical Direction: Development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements.
- Apply Expertise in Cybersecurity Engineering: Develop innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
- Maintain Technical Knowledge: Cutting-edge security technologies, cryptographic techniques, and threat landscape.
- Evaluate and Recommend Security Technologies: Enhance the defensive posture of the organization.
- Conduct and Oversee Security Assessments: Code reviews to ensure the effectiveness of security measures.
- Design and Implement Integrated Systems: Ensure architecture and security controls meet business risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- Develop Technical Documentation: Support enterprise-wide security solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and Business Stakeholders: Align security engineering and architectural strategy with business goals.
- Mentor and Develop the Security Engineering and Architecture Team: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Professional Security Management Certification: Highly desirable (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
- Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Security Suite: MS Defender.
- Knowledge of zScaler and Cloud-Based Technologies.
- Minimum of 10 Years of Experience: Risk management, information security, and IT jobs.
- At Least 5 Years in a Leadership Role: Managing security engineering or architecture teams.
- Knowledge of Common Information Security Management Frameworks: ISO/IEC 27001, NIST.
- Strong Understanding of Business Impact: Security tools, technologies, and policies.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
