About the Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a hospital or home for the aged setting. Your duties will include assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Document patient information, including symptoms, changes in condition, and care provided.
- Eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- CPR Certificate.
- Experience in a hospital or home for the aged setting.
