Bus Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Bus Operations Supervisor to join our team at Driverseat Owen Sound. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bus fleet, ensuring the health and safety of our passengers and drivers, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision: Lead a team of 5-10 drivers and ensure they are equipped to handle their duties effectively.
- Task Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel, and oversee the preparation of production and other reports.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills of our drivers and improve their performance.
- Dispatch and Route Management: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure efficient and safe transportation of passengers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask. Must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
