McCain Foods is embarking on a transformative journey to become a leader in sustainable agronomy practices and digital farming. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a Digital Lead to drive the development of standard business processes and digital solutions that will enable our farms to become best-in-class digitally enabled data-led precision farms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement digital solutions to automate and enable architecture to connect farm activities data end to end.
  • Work with farm managers to create standard business processes for all activities, including data capture in every step.
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to support the operationalization of R&D technology projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build centralized data collection architecture and data models.
  • Support the development of a smart and sustainable agriculture strategy and roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Data Analytics/AI or relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in building standard processes and procedures, architecture designs, and methodologies to manage projects.
  • Strong awareness of data best practices and ability to explain digital and data concepts in a compelling way.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to craft a compelling narrative to explain digital and data concepts to stakeholders.
