We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Sales Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth across multiple brands within our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques to achieve sales targets
- Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals
- Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and other projects as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:
