Unlock Your Potential as a Seasonal Sales Associate
Moores is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple businesses within our store location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals
- Participate in team selling and contribute to achieving store sales volume and metrics goals
- Assist with visually merchandising, setting up, and other store-related projects
- Handle cash register transactions and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
