We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to lead our key projects, focusing on the Customer Communication Platform (CCX). This role plays a critical part in our company's digitalization and data transformation initiatives, requiring strong expertise in document composition products, cloud technologies, ETL services, and API integration.

The ideal Candidate Profile:

  1. 1-2 years of experience as a Digital Transformation Specialist, preferably with a background in development and a solid understanding of data transformation and composition.
  2. Hands-on experience in large-scale projects, particularly in the financial industry, with a keen ability to abstract complex technical concepts.
  3. Expertise in agile methodologies and process improvement.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with sales, stakeholders, and IT teams.Responsibilities
    1. Lead solution architecture from inception to completion for projects related to CCX and DMS platforms.
    2. Collaborate with presales teams to engage with new and existing clients, providing technical guidance and solution estimations.
    3. Drive process improvements and oversee the integration of new technologies, including API integration and data migration.
    4. Utilize Quadient, OpenText Exstream, Dialogue, Kofax Total Agility (KTA), Tungsten, and Azure Data Factory for document composition and workflow automation.
    5. Focus on data transformation, digitization, and loading data across systems, ensuring efficient data flow and security.
    6. Leverage your experience in privacy and information security to address challenges related to sensitive data and system security.
    7. Participate in client engagement, new requests, change requests, and development of new builds.
    Job Duties:
    1. Provide business solutions and solution-oriented consulting to the sales team to assist with the acquisition of new business, with a focus on existing products and capabilities.
    2. Create and deliver Solution Overview, Process Flow, Client Sales Presentations, etc.
    3. Product ideation, brainstorming, and high-level production solution building with and for the Product Owners to support the growth and stability of new or existing products.
    QualificationsExperience: 6-9 yearsSkills:
    1. Technical skills relevant to function.
    2. Experience working with methodologies (SDLC, Agile, ITIL, etc.).
    3. Good understanding of technologies and business practices related to financial services.
    4. Knowledge of analytical techniques (Competitive & Benchmarking Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis, Cost Benefit Analysis, Gap Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, SWOT Analysis, etc.).
    5. Cloud & Data Tools: Azure Data Factory, ETL services.
