This role will involve working with the Environment and Regulatory team and collaborating with the Land team. The Land, Regulatory, and Environment team support the maintenance and operation of Inter Pipeline's assets in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

In this position, you will assist our team with data management, quality assurance, and coordination of information related to regulatory, environment, and land requirements with the Transportation Business Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Performing clean-up initiatives within the Land department (i.e. file maintenance, data entry)
  • Executing administrative tasks such as cheque requisitions, document generation, spreadsheet development, and third-party request generation
  • Preparing regulatory submissions for amendments, authorizations, notifications for assets
  • Data compilation, statistical analysis for annual/quarterly reports, or applications
  • Managing project commitments for specific assets
  • Ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance through tracking of approval conditions
  • Monitoring regulatory publications and reviewing project decisions on a regular basis
  • Reconciling AER waste manifests and records management for the Transportation Waste Management Program
