Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Aviation Maintenance Analyst with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to join our growing Operations Team.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing CAMP's key processes end-to-end, while also providing top-notch support to our customers through phone and email interactions.
Responsibilities- Manage customer accounts, ensuring that their aircraft are up-to-date and maintained in the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform.
- Monitor aircraft inspection and maintenance schedules to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.
- Process customer-provided maintenance compliance records and other data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Apply aviation technical knowledge to ensure the continued integrity of the customer's maintenance program.
- Develop and promote positive customer relationships, providing proactive solutions to customer problems and championing the overall customer experience.
- 2-10 years' experience in a relevant technical field or industry.
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance or manufacturing is preferred.
- BS or equivalent degree, with an A&P certificate a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Innate ability to perform all activities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work across teams, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
