Fission Logistics Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently from one location to another.
Responsibilities- Operate a heavy goods vehicle to transport goods from one location to another
- Ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods
- Follow traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate with dispatchers and other drivers to coordinate transportation
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
The Truck Driver will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to changing weather conditions. The driver will be required to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
