Shaan Truck Lines is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a tractor-trailer combination and transporting goods and materials across various routes.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
- Logistics and Operations: Load and unload goods, operate a tractor-trailer combination, and oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance.
- Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- Certifications and Licenses: Possess a valid AZ class license and maintain a driver's logbook.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, sit for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgment, and reliability.
As a Truck Driver with Shaan Truck Lines, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. You will be required to work 35 to 40 hours per week and maintain a valid driver's license.
