Your Role as a Building Electrical Engineer Candidate

As part of our Building sector electrical team, you will contribute to significant projects from our offices in Granby or Saint-Hyacinthe. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with colleagues and work on diverse projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and promote teamwork.
  • Participate in surveys, prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for submission.
  • Review submissions from contractors to ensure compliance.
  • Attend project kickoff meetings with clients and involved professionals.
  • Review and approve workshop drawings.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure construction quality and prepare reports.
  • Participate in interim and final project acceptances.
  • Perform other tasks related to the position.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering specializing in building electrical systems.
  • Experience in building electrical design.
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in building electrical systems.
  • Registered as a junior engineer or in the process of registration with the Quebec Order of Engineers.
  • Knowledge of REVIT software.
  • Fluency in French and functional English communication skills.
