In this exciting opportunity, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of the Healthy Workplace Strategy and Action Plan.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to promote a healthy and supportive work environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address workplace health and wellness issues
- Conduct research and analysis to inform policy and program development
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations
- Provide technical expertise and support to bureau managers and regional locations
- Ability to pass an OPP background/security investigation
- Knowledge of police work and its culture, including administration of police services and understanding of mental health and support models
- Organizational, analytical, and program management skills
- Ability to manage projects to achieve results and identify performance indicators
- Research and analytical methods and techniques
- Current/emerging trends in environmental scanning
- Presentation software and ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Suite software
