We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DOSA CLUB INDIAN KITCHEN & BAR. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 32 to 40 hours per week

Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. We are looking for a team player with excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
