Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Stones Edge Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping services, ensuring high-quality work and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Organize and plan the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, considering factors like soil quality and climate.
  • Schedule work to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to ensure optimal grounds health.
  • Train staff on new techniques and best practices.
  • Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, including snow removal operations.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
