About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Occupational Health and Commercial Services division at Medicentres Canada Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, business development, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Occupational Health Division Management
    • Lead the Occupational Health Division, including management of the profit and loss statement, staffing, and operations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with physicians supporting the Occupational Health division.
    • Develop and implement growth strategies for the division.
    • Integrate existing and new occupational health clinics within ELNA.
  • Sales and Business Development
    • Lead the sales effort for Occupational Health services in Canada, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
    • Prospect for new clients through networking, conventions, and business associations.
    • Respond to requests for proposals and other inquiries from prospective clients.
  • Commercial Services
    • Work with the primary and specialty care division to identify and develop new opportunities for growth in the network.
    • Explore the introduction of non-insured services, such as aesthetics, wellness, and allied health.
    • Establish partnerships with other healthcare stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Occupational Health, with a demonstrated understanding of customer needs and trends.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or business development role.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, with a proven ability to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Experience managing strategic client relationships and developing new revenue streams.
  • Experience working in private or public healthcare, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Ability to manage a team, with experience in performance management and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to promote the company's services through effective market engagement.
  • Experience managing a profit and loss statement, with a strong understanding of financial statements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and quality control.
