Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Occupational Health and Commercial Services division at Medicentres Canada Inc. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, business development, and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Occupational Health Division Management
- Lead the Occupational Health Division, including management of the profit and loss statement, staffing, and operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians supporting the Occupational Health division.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for the division.
- Integrate existing and new occupational health clinics within ELNA.
- Sales and Business Development
- Lead the sales effort for Occupational Health services in Canada, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Prospect for new clients through networking, conventions, and business associations.
- Respond to requests for proposals and other inquiries from prospective clients.
- Commercial Services
- Work with the primary and specialty care division to identify and develop new opportunities for growth in the network.
- Explore the introduction of non-insured services, such as aesthetics, wellness, and allied health.
- Establish partnerships with other healthcare stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in Occupational Health, with a demonstrated understanding of customer needs and trends.
- 5-7 years of experience in a leadership or business development role.
- Experience in healthcare sales, with a proven ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Experience managing strategic client relationships and developing new revenue streams.
- Experience working in private or public healthcare, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Ability to manage a team, with experience in performance management and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to promote the company's services through effective market engagement.
- Experience managing a profit and loss statement, with a strong understanding of financial statements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and quality control.
