{"Overview of the Position": "As a Department Supervisor at Princess Auto, you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Members to create a unique shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, supporting on-the-job training, and maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of Team Members to achieve store plans and tasks
* Respond to customer inquiries with category-specific product knowledge
* Support on-the-job training and development of Team Members
* Maintain a safe and respectful work environment
* Manage loss prevention processes

Requirements:

* Genuinely care about our customers' shopping experience
* Take initiative and work well with minimal supervision
* Have demonstrated leadership skills and previous experience in retail or another service industry
* Enjoy working with people
* Be respectful, upfront, and act with integrity
