Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
LanguageFluent in English
Work Hours32 to 40 hours per week
