We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Royal Paan Regina. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our food service operations run efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Staff Supervision and Training

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working safely and efficiently.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

32 to 40 hours per week
