Job Title: Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Parbhat Enterprises Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Policies: Create and implement policies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Recruit and Hire Staff: Recruit and hire staff to support business growth and expansion.
  • Respond to Enquiries: Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities.
  • Conduct Comparative Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports, research papers, educational texts, or articles to support business growth and expansion.
  • Provide Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations to support business growth and expansion.
  • Design Market Research Questionnaires: Design market research questionnaires to gather data on market trends and consumer behavior.
  • Develop Portfolio: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to support business growth and expansion.
  • Evaluate Customer Service: Evaluate customer service and store environments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct Online Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Ensure Licenses: Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place to support business growth and expansion.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to support business growth and expansion.
  • Develop Business Plans: Develop and implement business plans to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week.
