Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwiches & Salads. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Client focus, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position
  • 35 hours per week
  • Work Language: English
