Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygiene Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hygiene support team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating services for patient care. Your duties will include performing all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, serving as an oral health educator, and establishing and retaining patient loyalty.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening procedures
- Provide education on oral health and hygiene practices
- Establish strong relationships with patients to ensure loyalty and retention
To be successful in this role, you must have a completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree, be a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing, and hold valid CPR certification. Bilingualism in French and English is preferred.
