We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team at BLM Dental Centre in downtown Dieppe. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Appropriately assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating services for patient care.
  • Performing all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.
  • Serving as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling.
  • Establishing and retaining patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on patients' expectations while maintaining ethical and professional behavior.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This estimate is based on industry standards and location.

Requirements
  • Completed Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree.
  • Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Bilingual - French/English is preferred.
