French Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic French speaker to join our team as a part-time French teacher/tutor/coach at Oxford Learning Richmond Hill West. As a French teacher/tutor/coach, you will play a key role in helping students develop their self-confidence and self-esteem by providing personalized instruction and guidance in a small group setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach French language skills to students of various levels, from Grade 9 to 12
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in language instruction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in French language or a related field
  • Strong background in spoken and written French and English
  • Experience teaching French language skills to students of various levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
