Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
