Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Golden Pizza (Agassiz) Inc. DBA). As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates to optimize food costs and maintain profitability.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • College or CEGEP education.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Dependability and initiative.
