- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 people to ensure seamless store operations.
- Determine staffing requirements and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales growth.
- College education or equivalent non-university certificate/diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail management or related field.
- A competitive salary ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
