Store Manager

Job Summary:
This is a key leadership role at COWS, responsible for the overall operation of the store and the motivating and maintaining of staff relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales people, scoopers, supervisors, and assistant managers to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, provide coaching and feedback, and address employee and customer concerns.
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience in a retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
