Store Manager

Circle K is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interactions with customers, employees, and vendors. The role requires standing for long periods, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds. The Store Manager will also be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
