Job Description

As our Restaurant Team Lead - Menu Operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our menu offerings. This includes supervising staff who prepare and portion food, training new hires on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and coordinating special events and promotions.

  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent food quality and service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory management and cost control
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position or as a shift leader/supervisor
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with safe food handling practices and regulations
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain composure during peak periods
