Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Jealous Pizza N Donair. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to our team members, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Logistics and Scheduling: Coordinate the assembly of trays, delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
