Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonalds Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and manage kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure seamless communication with team members.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Standing for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
