About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Partnerships and Workplace Campaigns Advisor to join our team at the Canadian Red Cross. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with corporate partners to drive fundraising efforts and support our mission to help those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to identify opportunities for fundraising and partnership development.
- Design and implement fundraising campaigns and events to engage corporate partners and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the Canadian Red Cross's mission and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to corporate partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in corporate partnerships and fundraising.
- Contribute to the development of reports and presentations to communicate fundraising results and progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field (marketing, business administration, philanthropy) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in major gifts fundraising, corporate partnerships, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
