Cardinal Nannies & Caregivers Inc is seeking a reliable and compassionate Childcare Professional to provide part-time care for families in their homes. This role involves assuming full responsibility for the household when parents are away, performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and supervising and caring for children.
About the RoleThis position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare, with a focus on working with children who may have special needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities- Assume full responsibility for the household when parents are away, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Supervise and care for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare.
- Experience working with children who may have special needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
We offer a competitive salary of $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
