Social Worker

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker to join their team at Vancouver General Hospital. As a Social Worker with VCH, you will provide advanced clinical and consultative social work services to clients and families, focusing on how the client's relationships are affected by their environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct social and psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services, maintaining accurate client records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Identify and connect clients with community resources to support their well-being.
Requirements:
- Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers (BCCSW).
- Master of Social Work from an accredited School of Social Work and one (1) year post-Bachelor of Social Work experience in a healthcare setting.
