Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate within the Portfolio & Change Management (PCM) group, working closely with stakeholders to define project parameters, success criteria, solutions, and timelines.
  • Deploy best practices in process analysis, requirements documentation, project planning, testing, and stakeholder communication.
  • Manage testing initiatives and participate in project meetings to resolve problems and inefficiencies.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and compliant documents and reports, with a focus on Business Requirements.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality service, exceeding client expectations.
  • Liaise with IT teams during development of Functional Specification and Design documents.
  • Manage multiple project tasks and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
  • Develop user guides and training materials as required.
  • Track and report on project status in a consistent format to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary degree.
  • 4+ years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Change Management background.
  • Knowledge of supporting systems used within Operations, such as Rates Infinity, Murex, Swapswire/MarkitWire, Bloomberg, TradeWeb, Xceptor.
  • JIRA/Confluence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.).
