Clinical Director for Women and Children's Health

Chatham-Kent Health Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Women and Children's Health department. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and quality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and experiences
- Manage and allocate resources to optimize departmental performance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Masters preferred)
- Current registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Progressive leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a Women and Children's setting
- Participation in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives
- Experience in project management and data-driven decision making
