**Job Summary**

Can Pak Ltd is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the counter area and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor all entrances and exits, requesting proof of payment when necessary.
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
