Occupational Therapist

SE Health is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Brantford and Hamilton. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, particularly children and youth, by providing person-centered care and support in a community-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Formulate goals and recommendations to support client progress and independence.
- Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Requirements- A graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy and a member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs is preferred.
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional, able to work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants as well as with a high-performance interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Sound knowledge of community resources is an asset.
- Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- A positive work and attendance record is essential.
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
